Clinical Responsibilities
Managing all aspects of patient care, from communication to administrative tasks, to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for the doctor and patients.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of the doctor’s time.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, answering calls, responding to emails, and providing relevant information.
• Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations.
• Assist with billing processes, handle insurance inquiries, and ensure timely processing of payments and claims.
• Work closely with nurses, clinic admins, and other support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and address any operational needs.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities
Overseeing personal and work-related tasks to ensure timely coordination and a seamless schedule.
• Assist the doctor with personal errands or tasks as needed and manage any personal appointments.
• Organize travel, accommodation, and logistics for the doctor’s business or personal trips.
• Arrange and schedule meetings, as well as professional or company-related events.
•Organize and purchase gifts for business partners during festive occasions
Requirements
• Diploma in Business Administration or relevant fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in managing schedules, patient coordination, and handling confidential information.
•Flexibility to assist with both clinical and personal tasks as required.
