Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining corporate documents, minutes, and resolutions.

• Support in organizing board meetings and preparing agendas.

• Help ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain and update statutory records and registers.

• Assist in filing corporate documents with regulatory bodies.

• Conduct research on corporate governance best practices.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Understanding of corporate governance principles is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
