Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide Human Resource support to business units, ensuring the smooth execution of HR functions.
  • Assist HR executives with the recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date in HR databases.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including documentation, claims, and coordination for new hires (e.g., issuing laptops and phones).
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee CCPs, e2i Grants, Place and Train, and other relevant recruitment-related grants.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and assist with audits and HR reporting.
  • Contribute to planning and executing HR projects, company events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc HR projects or events as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline or HR-related field. Candidates interested in pursuing a career in HR are welcome to apply.
  • Positive, proactive, eagerness and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Ability to follow HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong negotiation and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing high volumes of onboarding sessions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local regulations, such as the Employment Act, is preferred.
