Purpose of the Role

Lead the group’s global tax strategy, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations while optimizing tax efficiency. Drive alignment between tax planning and corporate objectives, mitigating risks and fostering sustainable growth.

What You'll be Doing

Tax Strategy & Compliance

• Develop and implement global tax policies, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
• Oversee timely filing of corporate income tax, VAT, transfer pricing, and other tax-related reports across jurisdictions.

Tax Optimization

• Design tax-efficient structures for mergers, acquisitions, and cross-border transactions.

Risk Management

• Identify and mitigate tax risks through proactive audits, dispute resolution.

Team Leadership

• Manage a global team of tax professionals, fostering expertise in technical tax matters.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and legal advisors to ensure transparent and compliant operations.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field, with professional qualifications such as ISCA, CPA, or ACCA preferred.
• 10 years of experience in multinational tax management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, transfer pricing, and emerging digital taxation trends.
