Business Analyst (Corporate Banking)

Domain: Corporate Internet Banking/ Corporate Payment Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to corporate banking products, including internet banking platforms and payment systems.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirement specifications, user stories, process flows, wireframes, and use cases.
• Work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and development teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct gap analysis between current and desired functionalities in digital corporate banking solutions.
• Support the end-to-end project lifecycle, from ideation and design through to implementation and post-launch support.
• Participate in testing phases including UAT by preparing test cases, test scenarios, and supporting defect triaging.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to recommend enhancements and new features.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and security standards for corporate payments.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and presentations to drive clarity and decision-making.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience is preferred
• Strong experience of Corporate Internet Banking platforms (or) Corporate Payment Systems (e.g., NEFT, RTGS, SWIFT, ACH, Host-to-Host, API-based payments).
• Understanding of digital channels for corporate customers including entitlements, bulk payments, and liquidity management.
• Experience with business process modeling, requirement elicitation techniques, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
