Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Orchard Scotts Dental Pte Ltd are in search of Superstar Dental Frontdesk Receptionist who will serve in a key growth position in providing comprehensive support to our clients in all aspects of the dental business.

The ideal candidate is required to have one year verifiable frontline customer service experience, as well as a strong reputation for having the ability to produce the results required to place our organization prominently in front of our ideal clients.

Responsibilities

The general duties for the ideal candidate include but are not limited to :

• Greet and assist patients with a welcoming attitude
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient records
• Handle phone inquiries and coordinate bookings
• Process payments and insurance claims (Medisave and CHAS knowledge is a plus)
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a dental or medical front desk role is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in scheduling software and basic computer applications
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Mature, positive attitude, team player, cheerful personality.
• 5.5 days work week, 9am - 6pm weekdays, 9am - 1pm Sat.
