- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Monitor and verify employee attendance and overtime records for payroll processing.
- Prepare HR-related letters, including offer letters, warning letters, confirmation letters, and other documents as required.
- Manage and process Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) claims, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and maintain HR records.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and WICA claims.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
