Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise subcontractors based on shop drawings and method statements.
• Collaborate with authorities and clients on materials and samples.
• Review fire protection design drawings for compliance (e.g., Sprinkler, Fire Alarm).
• Identify discrepancies in M&E, structural, and architectural provisions.
• Manage project execution and attend contractor meetings.
• Review compliance of drawings and allocate tasks to supervisors.
• Plan and lead testing of fire protection systems.
• Coordinate site inspections and rectify defects.
• Prepare manuals and as-built drawings for client handover.

Education / Experience / Skills:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong communication skills.
• Experience with Water Mist or Foam systems is a plus.
