Full set of accounts for month end & year end closing (AP, AR, GL, CB)
Handle subcontractors' accounts and payment
In charge of project progress billing, receipts, project budget and profit recognition
Scrap sales, interco and ad hoc billing
Handle ATTC (Approved training & testing center) transaction
Giro payment entries, perform bank reconciliation, manage bank balance
Prepare monthly accounts schedule
Responsible for monthly closing of accounts including preparing accounts schedules & journal entries
Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis
Analyse cost and the actual performance compared to budgets
Prepare management reports
Handle quarterly GST submission
Tax and statutory audit compliance
Assist in any adhoc reporting as and when required
Job Requirements :
Diploma in Accounting
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience and preferably with experience in construction companies would be an added advantage
Strong commitment and dedication to strict adherence to reporting deadlines
Ability to work independently and meticulously with high level of motivation
