We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage project budgets, contracts, procurement, and risk management throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management and the ability to lead a team while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Oversee project budgets and ensure costs are controlled

Prepare and manage contracts, including bills of quantities

Handle the procurement of materials and subcontractors

Identify and manage commercial risks, developing strategies to mitigate them

Supervise and delegate tasks to junior QS staff while providing commercial advice to the site team

Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide regular updates on project progress

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field

Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is often required

At least 5 years of working experience in a similar role within the construction industry

Membership in recognized Quantity Surveying professional bodies (e.g., SISV, RICS, MRICS) is a plus

Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
