Product Engineer | 5 days | Boon Lay

• Location: Boon Lay
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri (0800-1745)
• Salary: $2500-$3500 Completion Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Product Configuration Management

• Define and manage product configurations, including variations and options.
• Ensure that all configurations meet technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Manage changes to product configurations, including updating documentation and communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that changes are properly reviewed and approved.

Customer Support:

• Assist customer support teams in resolving configuration-related issues.
• Provide guidance on product configurations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering or any related
• Knowledge in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• At least 1 year working experience as product engineer.
• Willing to travel and Willing to do OT (If required)
