We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Admin to join our client's team in the Boon Lay West Region. This is a 2 years contract role, offering a competitive salary of up to $2800 per month for a 5-day work week.

Job Responsibilities:

• To liase with vendors on handling of outsourced components
• To establish effective communication between customer and vendors to ensure smooth operations
• To ensure tasks are dealt with relative to the respective days to meet KPI
• To handle any ad-hoc admin tasks and duties delegated by supervisor, etc, if any

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma /Degree in any related education
• Basic Microsoft word, excel skills
• Detail oriented and organized, with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficient at multi-tasking, ability to keep track of multiple items and deadlines effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
