Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test procedures, protocols, and equipment specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Supervise on-site testing, monitor system performance, and address deficiencies.
• Maintain accurate records of testing, commissioning, and operational activities.
• Monitor plant systems daily, review reports, and resolve abnormalities in line with company and regulatory standards (e.g., PTW, LOTO).
• Lead, deploy, and train operations teams to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and performance.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., maintenance teams, regulatory authorities, vendors) to resolve operational and contractual issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of plant consumption figures to relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee the execution of the Company Emergency Response Plan.

Key Responsibilities & Decision-Making:

• Perform first-level maintenance when necessary.
• Recommend improvements for plant processes.
• Analyze and resolve recurring operational issues.
• Monitor unit performance to ensure optimal efficiency.
