Locum Senior Occupational Therapist - 6 months contract ( Option to Renew )

• Assess patients' functional independence and develop tailored ADL treatment plans
• ADL training and treatment implementations to promote functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of patient assessments and treatment plans.
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary meetings as needed

Project Schedule

• 5 days per week , 8 hours per visit
• Projected Commencement: May 2025 ( Start date negotiable)

• Bachelor or Masters in Occupational Therapy
• Must be a Fully Registered AHPC ( Singapore )
