The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Physiotherapist ( Senior ) to join the dynamic team. You’ll work closely with patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, designing tailored rehab programs to optimize recovery in a collaborative clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose movement disorders, pain, and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and neurological rehab techniques.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and adaptive strategies.
• Collaborate with doctors, occupational therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with AHPC guidelines and MOH standards.
• Supervise junior physiotherapists and contribute to clinical mentorship programs.

Who We’re Looking For

• Qualifications:
  Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
  Full AHPC registration (mandatory).
  Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal/neurological rehabilitation (senior roles require 5 years).
• Skills:
  Expertise in manual therapy, post-operative rehab, and chronic pain management.
  Proficiency with rehab technologies (e.g., hydrotherapy, shockwave therapy, biofeedback).
  Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin/Malay/Tamil is a plus.
