Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including banks, to define the vision and strategy for Partior’s product suite.
Act as a subject matter expert for Partior’s payments or FX, and related products.
Be a self-starter, conducting market research to stay informed on industry trends and evolving client needs.
Lead feature development by defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities while ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
Analyze business needs and align the product roadmap with strategic goals.
Work closely with technical product and commercial teams to build and maintain a product backlog based on strategic priorities.
Manage and enhance Partior’s Payment or FX product to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market needs.
Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
Plan, prioritize, and manage the product feature backlog and development lifecycle.
Define detailed product feature specifications and ensure clarity for development teams.
Oversee product release plans and ensure timely delivery of new functionalities.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including banks, to refine and enhance product offerings.
Engage actively with clients to develop solutions and provide advisory support to new and prospective clients.
Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing joint product and commercial opportunities with partner banks and clients, facilitating client onboarding and expansion.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
5 years of experience in Capital Markets, Payments, Treasury/FX, Corporate Transaction Banking, or Web3 in a product management role.
Experience in more than one domain across Payments, Capital Markets, FX, or Web3.
Proven ability to work across divisions (sales, product, and delivery), demonstrating strong product and project management skills.
Strong understanding of business value related to Corporate/Transaction Banking or Capital and Treasury Market features and functions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage and prioritize conflicting stakeholder requirements effectively.
Awareness of current market trends and ability to adapt product strategy accordingly.
