Job Summary
The Senior / Sales Engineer is mainly responsible for executing sales & marketing initiatives, engaging new customers, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts in order to bring in revenue for the Precision Robotics Business Group.
Job Responsibilities
To achieve and/or exceed sales and profit margin targets in assigned growth location/segment/customers, key responsibilities include (not limited to):
People Requirements
1. Fresh graduates or candidates with 2 years of sales experience with Industrial clients (i.e. B2B)
2. Prior experience in the automation or robotics industry is preferred.
3. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or Equivalent
4. Field sales experience is vital. Proven ability to interact directly with a sales organization, understand customer needs and influence them.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Self-motivated and maintain a high level of Sales Discipline
