Senior Executive Assistant

About The Role (1-year temporary senior executive assistant)

• Perform administrative support on recruitment matters.
• Perform maintenance of candidate profiles, ensuring candidates' documents are signed and filed correctly.
• Liaise with internal and external customers to provide on-boarding for new hires.
• Update recruitment tracking files accurately.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma in Human Resources or a related field. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, with 1-2 years of relevantexperience being advantageous.
• Able to manage activities regarding high-volume data with confidentiality.
• Able to respond to changing priorities and tight timelines.
• Able to use Microsoft Office systems to handle high-volume data.
