Site Information Security Officer

We are seeking a Site Information Security Officer to oversee and coordinate security measures. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with security policies, manage site coordination efforts, and utilize. A strong understanding of networking principles and security best practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards at the site.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry security standards and company policies.
• Act as the primary security liaison between site teams and corporate IT security.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for security implementations.
• Manage security incidents, investigations, and response efforts.
• Utilize Excel and dashboards to track and report security incidents and compliance status.
• Generate analytical reports for management on security trends and site performance.
• Understand network security fundamentals, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security.
• Assist in securing IT infrastructure and mitigating cyber threats.
• Conduct security awareness programs for site employees.
• Provide guidance on best security practices and compliance measures.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in information security, site coordination, or IT security management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis).
• Strong understanding of networking principles and security controls.
• Experience with security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple security projects.
• Experience in handling security audits and compliance reporting.
