Job Description

A degree in Architecture, Civil/ Structural/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying recognised either by the respective professional bodies, professional institutions or BCA;

A minimum of seven (7) years of practical experience in Project Management Services;

Familiarity with PSSCOC contract for Construction Work,

Passed the MOM-approved “Construction Safety Course for Project Managers”

Stationed at site during construction stage.

Represents the client and has to work with the multi-disciplinary team in the planning, co-ordination, reporting and implementation of the Project.

Knowledge in DFM, BIM Revit and/or VDC capabilities will be an added advantage.
