Quantity Surveyor (Civil/Construction)

Job Responsibilities:

Tender Bid.

Post Award Documents Preparation.

Carry out quantity take-off for project which includes sourcing for suppliers and subcontractors, collate price comparison and costing summary.

Prepare interim valuation pricing and agreement of contract variations, process claims and

monitor project cash flow.

Assist in the settlement of the project final accounts with client, suppliers and subcontractors.

Attend meetings on site and with consultants.

Do Project Budget and analyse the cash flow of the project.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering or other related field.

Minimum 3 years of local working experience in Civil and Building projects.

A good team player with good initiative and positive work attitude.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
