Business Cloudification Associate Engineer

Job Description:

• Assist in cloud transformation architecture design and application system assessments under the guidance of senior architects.
• Support cloud migration planning by gathering customer requirements, documenting current architecture, and performing initial cloud readiness evaluations.
• Participate in the development of basic cloud service architecture designs, including account systems, security models, and cloud service selection.
• Support the execution of migration testing plans, rollback schemes, and business cut-over processes.
• Engage in customer technical discussions and solution demonstrations under supervision.
• Collaborate with internal teams to learn cloud migration best practices and automation toolchains.
• To collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers in China HQ team

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required.
• Hands-on experience in cloud services, IT infrastructure, or software development.
• Proven experience in managing cloud operations and products.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and familiarity with common cloud services such as computing, storage, networking, and databases.
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider's services (Huawei Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop expertise in cloud migration methodologies.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
