Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit clear, concise, and engaging content for web articles, guides, and promotional materials related to jobs and skills.
• Simplify complex topics such as industry trends, career pathways, training programmes, and national skills frameworks for a broad audience.
• Conduct in-depth research on sectors, job roles, and evolving skills demands to ensure content is accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to verify information and maintain content credibility.
• Optimize content for digital platforms, including crafting SEO-friendly titles, meta descriptions, and structured content.
• Review, refresh, and maintain existing content to ensure relevance and alignment with editorial standards.
• Work with digital teams to ensure content is optimised across platforms and formats.

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in content writing, preferably in education, career guidance, or workforce development.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimisation techniques.
• Excellent research and fact-checking skills with the ability to present technical or complex information clearly.
• Meticulous attention to detail, with a flair for crafting compelling and accessible copy.
• A team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and meet deadlines.
