Job Purpose:
Drive innovation in industrial automation with AI technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead R&D efforts in AI, robotics, and smart manufacturing for global operations.
• Develop and optimize robotics and AI systems for automated inspection in manufacturing.
• Implement deep learning models for quality control using 3D and sensor data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digitalization and automation solutions.
• Analyze sensor data, optimize algorithms, and improve production efficiency across global sites.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Engineering or related field with 5 years of industry experience.
• Expertise in industrial automation, robotics, and AI technologies in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in AI frameworks (e.g., YOLO, Faster R-CNN, Transformers).
• Strong experience with 3D sensor data, sensor calibration, and data augmentation.
• Proven track record in deploying deep learning models in real-world applications.
