Lead Engineering Managers – Technical /Software Product Development (12 months contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with End users to address unique challenges with tailored software solutions.
• Work across the tech stack to design, develop, test, and maintain applications.
• Uphold best practices in software engineering.
• Mentor and develop team members while growing as a people manager.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and initiative to fix issues.
• Entrepreneurial spirit to integrate technology and design effectively.
• Degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related fields with 6 years of software development experience.
• Balance hands-on coding with Managerial responsibilities.
