Mandarin Interpreter FAST HIRING!!! (WFH / Night Shift)

Fully working from home (In Singapore ONLY)

3 months contract (renewable based on work performance)

Salary (Basic): $14/hr

Working from Home allowance: $5/hr

5 days work week across Monday to Sunday

8 hours shift between 9pm – 9am (based on roster, 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Provide over-the-phone interpretation services to facilitate communication between Mandarin and English speakers.
• Interpret conversations on a wide range of topics, including technical and non-technical matters, across sectors such as healthcare, government, insurance, finance, utilities, travel, hospitality, emergency services (911), law enforcement, and general business.
• Deliver accurate, real-time language support during customer interactions.
• Ensure effective, clear, and culturally appropriate communication between clients and call center personnel.
• Support non-English-speaking individuals in understanding and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
