Radiographer Assistant (North / 3 rotating shifts / Hospital) (ID:671805)

Job Scopes:

1. Assist with the movement of ambulant and non-ambulant patients requiring radiology services.
2. Provide basic care before and after radiology exams, including attire change and post-procedure instructions.
3. Address general patient enquiries and escalate when needed to radiographers.
4. Prepare imaging rooms and ensure all equipment and consumables are ready for use.
5. Operate hospital systems such as EPIC, RIS, and eQMS for scheduling and registration tasks.
6. Assist in the safe transport of imaging equipment and patient-related documents.
7. Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of imaging equipment and examination rooms.
8. Support 24/7 service by performing shift, night, weekend, and public holiday duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum GCE “N/O/A” Levels, NITEC/ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualifications.
2. Interest in the healthcare or medical field.
3. Willingness to perform rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Familiarity with Radiology IT systems (e.g., RIS/PACS, SAP, EPIC) and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
