Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.

• Monitor patient conditions, report changes, and provide basic care.

• Ensure a safe care environment and respect patients' values and beliefs.

• Manage patient records and sterile supplies.

• Participate in professional development and quality improvement.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Nurse Manager.

Requirements:

• NITEC in Nursing

• At least 1-2 years of experience

• With valid Singapore Nursing Board license

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
