Telesales Executive – Insurance

Job Purpose:
Connect with customers via phone to promote insurance products and achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote insurance products to existing and new customers.
• Convert leads into sales while meeting daily and monthly performance targets.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and promotions during customer interactions.
• Identify chances to offer additional products that match customer needs.
• Ensure all calls follow company guidelines and compliance standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level equivalent qualification required.
• Prior telesales, insurance, or banking experience is highly preferred.
• Strong, confident communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer objections.
• Goal-oriented with a positive, resilient, and sales-driven mindset.

The successful Telesales Executive – Insurance must possess strong communication skills, sales drive, and the ability to engage confidently over the phone.
