We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Math and English Enrichment Center. In this role, you will not only manage the center’s operations but also guide and mentor a team of trainers to ensure the highest standards of teaching and student success.

Your Role:
1. Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- Guide, mentor, and support a team of trainers to ensure high-quality teaching and program delivery.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance trainers’ skills and teaching methodologies.
- Provide constructive feedback and performance evaluations to trainers.
2. Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the enrichment center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage staff schedules, resources, and program delivery.
3. Student and Parent Engagement:
- Communicate effectively with parents and students to address concerns and provide updates on progress.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance the center’s reputation.
4. Business Growth:
- Drive enrollment and retention efforts through effective marketing and outreach strategies.
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase student sign-ups and program participation.
5. Program Development:
- Collaborate with trainers to design and improve academic programs and materials.
- Monitor program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
We’re Looking For:
- A passionate educator with at least 3 years of teaching experience in Math and/or English.
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or mentorship role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-driven mindset to grow enrollment and contribute to the center’s success.
- Passion for education and student success.
