Description:
Monitor incoming payments by conducting daily bank balance checks.
Perform customer account reconciliations as needed.
Carry out bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
Handle and investigate cases related to account receivables.
Address customer inquiries regarding billing issues and outstanding balances.
Liaise with and monitor cases assigned to solicitors.
Oversee the overall accounting operations and perform month-end closing activities.
Conduct performance analysis and monitor the company's cash flow.
Liaise with the company secretary, auditors, and tax agents.
Stay well-versed with relevant regulations, amendments, changes, and new rules introduced by respective boards, and keep the management updated.
Manage any other accounting matters as deemed necessary.
Only required 3 to 4 days per week; work in office arrangement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance (Diploma holders with good experience may apply).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Extensive experience focusing in AR would be a great advantage.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP would be added advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with various stakeholders.
