A dynamic ServiceNow Lead who brings deep expertise, leadership qualities, and a strategic mindset to drive transformative projects across global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

✅ Extensive hands-on experience with IRM (Integrated Risk Management) or SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules

✅ Proven track record of leading high-performing ServiceNow teams

✅ Successfully delivered 5–6 full-cycle implementations of the respective module

✅ Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration skills

✅ Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
