Technician, Operations (Tanglin Mall)

This position is for Allgreen Properties (Tanglin Mall), a company under Kuok (Singapore) Ltd.

  • Carry out building inspection. Identify building defects

  • Carry out maintenance and improvement works

  • Manage tenants’ feedback on maintenance works

  • Provide technical support and trouble-shooting to Building Systems

REQUIREMENTS

  • NITEC certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Air-conditioning

  • Preferably 2 yrs’ experience in maintenance and operations of M&E equipment and systems especially Central Air-conditioning in shopping centre environment

  • Shift work involved: 8am-4pm / 3pm-11pm (8-hour shifts)
