Coordinating customer’s order request
Investigate customers complains and stock discrepancies
Updates and monitor picking accuracy
Preparation for all Shipping Documentation
Permit Declaration
Preparation of Billing
Daily, Weekly & Monthly CS related report
Making sure that workplace safety rules & Policy are being followed
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
