Job Posting for Cleaning Operations Executive at PRIMECH A & P PTE. LTD.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations at various job sites.
Effective instruction and management of sites supervisors/cleaners to ensure delivery of daily operations covering required areas.
Help out with onsite work whenever necessary.
Planning of manpower, scheduling, attendance taking etc.
Resolving all matters/incidents on site, e.g., conflict management and service recovery, preparation of incident reports.
Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Facilities Management or other discipline.
At least 2-3 years’ experience in cleaning/facilities management industries.
Must be able to work on weekends.
Must have class 3/3A driving license.
Must be willing to get your hands dirty to do onsite work when there is manpower shortage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); IT savvy.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Excellent time management.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, able to work well both independently and in a team.
