We are seeking a dynamic and organized Events Executive to manage and execute a variety of events, while also handling our social media presence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both event coordination and digital engagement. The ideal candidate will ensure that all events are seamlessly planned, executed, and supported by strong social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Plan, organize, and execute both in-person and virtual events from conception to completion, including conferences, product launches, workshops, webinars, and social gathering

Identify suitable venues, negotiate contracts, coordinate logistics, and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partner

Develop event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure events stay within budget without compromising on qualit

Create and maintain event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedul

Develop creative content (images, videos, copy) for event promotion and real-time social media coverag

Manage and schedule posts across relevant social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.) to drive engagement and event awarenes
