We are seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Act as a point of contact between the Asia Zone team and external stakeholders.
Office reception: screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Manage courier service.
Make travel arrangements and related visa applications.
Preparation of monthly expense reports.
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
Review suppliers invoices including travel agency invoices.
Follow up mobile phone administration.
Manage office logistic including ordering office supplies.
Review office expenditures and prepare cost allocation table between companies.
Handle general office tasks as required.
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must possess at least A levels and above.
Must possess good interpersonal skill and work well with colleagues.
Must be able to multi-task and work independently.
