What You’ll Do:
Lead engaging and results-driven
Provide modifications and progressions to ensure a safe, inclusive environment for every client.
Create a motivating and positive atmosphere while focusing on proper technique and injury prevention.
Assist with studio operations, including client check-ins, light administrative duties, and equipment maintenance.
Promote the studio’s services and actively contribute to building a strong fitness community.
Previous experience leading group fitness classes (preferred but not required)
Strong understanding of anatomy, movement mechanics, and injury prevention
A natural motivator who can inspire and uplift clients of all levels
Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
