Overview

We are looking for an intern for 4-6 months for our production arm, Prodigious.

You have a good understanding of how marketing work based on your relevant field of study. You can establish and build relationships internally and with working level clients. You’re driven to learn and understand the job function of the client servicing team include performing fairly menial tasks which are part of client servicing scope. You are a believer that data and creativity will drive transformation. Ability to multi-task and follow through on projects with cross-reporting to key stakeholders.

Expectations of an Account Servicing Intern

• Communicates with the relevant departments and teams - in writing - on briefs, and changes/actions
• Ensure that communication flows effectively
• Prepares cost estimates, provides instruction to raise purchase orders, creates billing memo, updates revenue tracker and undertakes administrative tasks
• Handles multiple accounts and different campaigns/projects
• Tracks project timeline and project costs carefully and delivers within a stipulated timeline
• Maintain and update weekly WIP/job tracker and conference call reports following meetings to ensure client and agency are in agreement
• Promptly identifies risks/challenges to line manager
• Ensures quality control before deployment and involves the relevant parties in the process
• Coordination work during pre and post shoot
