About the Role - The Business Analyst Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of business requirements with process improvements and system solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance, and extensive experience with SAP's Finance module and SAP-HANA. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong ability to map and improve processes and an understanding of ERP features, especially involving SAP software. Experience in media and advertising is a plus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Lead to deliver various projects and support business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive process mapping using Signavio to identify and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with finance departments to understand their operations and implement changes that efficiently integrate with accounting and financial systems.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of SAP, specifically the Fin module and HANA, to identify solutions and improvements.
- Engage with business users to gather, analyse, and prioritize requirements and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a deep understanding of SAP ERP systems and features to provide insightful recommendations for improvements.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creative problem-solving and innovation within the team.
- Prepare and conduct presentations and reports for upper management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a business analysis leadership role, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP’s Finance module and HANA.
- Strong background in finance, with a deep understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Expertise in process mapping and improvement using Signavio or similar BPM software.
- Experience in the media and advertising industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to multi-task and handle various projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and SAP Certification in SAP FI and/or CO modules is a plus
