What You’ll Do
Work directly with, and execute trades for portfolio managers across different cryptocurrency assets and trading strategies
Book trades, monitor positions and risks in the portfolios
Implement and maintain codebase for algorithmic trading strategies
Monitor uptime and performance, investigate technical issues of algorithmic trading strategies
Maintain trading counterparty and broker relationships
Work with developers and quantitative analysts to improve systems, optimise strategies
Liaise with Operations, Finance and Risk teams to resolve any issues
Work across market time zones, which include nights and weekends
Requirements
Proficiency in Python, especially in the context of financial modelling, data analysis, and algorithm research and development
1-2 years of experience in trading in any asset class, knowledge in FX Options or Cryptocurrencies is advantageous
Knowledge of financial markets and trading strategies
Familiarity with trade execution is a plus
Ability and capacity to work in a 24/7 market
Strong collaborative skills and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment; the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff
A keen eye for details and strong analytical skills
Clear and articulate communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and make fast-paced decisions under pressure
