Project Assistant

Job Description

• žEnsures the timely preparation of project progress and other reports.
• Participate in improvements to workflow and process flows.
• Assist with upkeep, maintenance, and review of project budgets.
• Handle incoming and outgoing email/call enquiries
• Report the work progress to project manager
• Assist person in charge to accomplish the project related matter.
• Any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• žDiploma or above in any field
• žMore than two years of working or relevant experience, preferably in F&B industry.
• žAble to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• žAbility to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy
• žGood time management and meticulous
• žTeam player with good communication skills
• žMeticulous, organized and good attention to details
• žProficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Class 3 driving license and knowledge in construction & CAD software are advantageous
