Roles & Responsibilities

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Outlet cleaning and set-up to get ready for operations
• Offer prompt, friendly and efficient service to all guests. Ensure tables, flooring, station cleanliness before and during operations
• Drinks ordering, bill payment settling, tables maintenance, service follow-up and bottle service for all guest
• In-charge one of outlet station and lead a sub team for operation, arrange staff break time, handle minor issue before handover to superiors
• Orientation & buddy system for new join staff
• Full-timer side tasks such as staging and furniture movement for normal Ops & events, poster update etc.
• Outlet closing
• Update guests with current and upcoming promotions
• Attending to guests’ needs promptly

• Service-oriented and team player
• Pro-active, friendly and warm personality
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Night hours 8pm - 3am / 8pm - 4am (ph & sat)
• Brand New Dance club in singapore
• Transport home provided
• Loud music environment
