Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and passionate trainers, facilitators, and course developers to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering accountancy courses that are both engaging and informative. The successful candidate will be the lead trainer for the courses they develop and will be given priority to train across all course runs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update course materials for accountancy topics.
• Facilitate and conduct training sessions both on-site at Tanjong Pagar and online through e-learning platforms.
• Engage with students to ensure a conducive learning environment.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
• Collaborate with the Quanterra team to enhance the overall training experience.

Accountancy Course Topics Include (But Not Limited To)

You may express your interest in teaching any of the following topics:

• Financial Accounting
• Management Accounting
• Taxation
• Auditing
• Financial Reporting
• Corporate Finance
• Forensic Accounting
• Business Law for Accountants
• Ethics in Accounting
• Financial Statement Analysis
• And many more within the accountancy domain.

Remuneration

• $60-$150 per hour with revenue-sharing incentive bonuses based on performance.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in one or more of the accountancy course topics listed.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Previous experience in training, facilitation, or education in accountancy.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to design and develop comprehensive course materials.
• A passion for teaching and sharing knowledge with others.
• ACLP certification is advantageous but not a requirement.
