Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and experienced trainers, facilitators, and course developers to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering product management courses that are practical, industry-focused, and aligned with modern product development best practices. The successful candidate will be the lead trainer for the courses they develop and will be given priority to train across all course runs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update course materials for product management topics.
• Facilitate and conduct training sessions both on-site at Tanjong Pagar and online through e-learning platforms.
• Engage with students to ensure a hands-on and interactive learning environment.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with the Quanterra team to enhance the overall training experience.

• Fundamentals of Product Management and Agile Development
• Market Research and User-Centric Product Design
• Product Roadmaps, Prioritization, and Backlog Management
• MVP Development and Go-To-Market Strategies
• Pricing Models and Revenue Optimization
• Stakeholder Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Metrics, KPIs, and Data-Driven Decision-Making
• Agile Product Development and Scaling Best Practices
• AI, Digital Transformation, and Emerging Trends in Product Management
• And many more within the product management and innovation domain.

Remuneration

• Daily rate: $480 - $1200, with revenue-sharing incentive bonuses based on performance.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

General Qualifications:

• Prior experience in training, facilitation, or education in product management, Agile methodologies, or business strategy.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge with students.
• ACLP certification (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) is advantageous but not required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.

Specific Skills and Expertise:

• Strong expertise in product development, roadmap planning, and product-market fit.
• Proficiency in Agile, Lean Startup, and data-driven product decision-making.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams, user experience (UX) design, and product analytics.
• Industry-recognized certifications in product management, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Product Management Certification, or AIPMM Certified Product Manager.
• Ability to design and develop structured, industry-relevant course materials.
