Partner with senior leadership to execute the current corporate strategic plan and develop additional plans
Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way
Manage the area team to drive business growth across all customer segments, and share responsibility with the marketing department for improving strategy and customer experience
Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive strategies and tactics
Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary for sustainable growth
Manage large accounts, specialized accounts, partners and third parties
Maintain and increase market share within region and assigned accounts
Utilise CRM tools, maintain opportunities database, develop needs assessments and distribute appropriate documentation to team members for cost estimates, contract preparation process, etc.
Job Requirements:
Ability to craft and execute a business strategy effectively
Experience in making decisions based on business metrics
Effective problem identification and resolution skills
Enjoyment of working in intercultural environment
Proven analytical and organisational capabilities
Established experience with the Southeast Asian logistics and automation industry, strong advantage for candidate with experience in mobile robotics and fulfilment solution
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or related field
