A leading high-frequency trading firm is seeking a new talent acquisition specialist to join their APAC function - they can hire this individual to work in either their Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, or Shanghai Office. In this role, you will work with stakeholders across the business to help build exceptional teams across the globe, focusing on building recruitment and talent attraction strategies, sourcing and onboarding top-tier talent for a wide range of roles, and building and maintaining strong relationships with third-party recruitment agencies.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders and the internal talent acquisition team to develop and execute recruiting strategies
Handle end-to-end recruitment - guide prospective candidates from screening to onboarding to manage a seamless process
Act as a global talent scout - conduct in-depth research to identify and source the best upcoming and established talent
Build and maintain strong partnerships with third-party recruitment agencies, ensuring the firm's brand is properly represented within the market
Utilize market data and internal data to develop highly competitive and thoughtful offer packages
Stay on track with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
5 years of experience managing and driving full life-cycle recruiting processes
Proven success across the financial services/trading industry
