Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Account Managers in providing operational and marketing support which directly influences relationship management with an assigned group of Rakuten Advertising’s affiliate clients. You will be actively supporting Account Managers to ensure clients receive the best possible support with their affiliate programs. You will proactively contribute to account management to ensure best-in-class account servicing is consistently provided to maintain client satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for relationship management with an assigned portfolio of clients. You will serve as a client liaison throughout the delivery of client service engagements or outsourced solutions. You will be strategically focused and responsible for maintaining client satisfaction by ensuring consistent and proactive communications with clients while completing tasks that support the overall management of client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manages communications with internal and external stakeholders (phone & email) acting as liaison between clients and account team.
- Administers operations for client programs in support of client satisfaction and revenue goals.
- Audits creative and placements as mandated by account team/client, updating client promotions and creative as needed.
- Reviews partnered affiliate websites to identify optimization opportunities for clients.
- Supports client and partner outreach to develop new business opportunities.
- Interacting daily with clients via email contact, to support operational requests in order to meet and exceed revenue goals for each assigned client. Attend and maintain client calls / catch ups, as scheduled.
- Supporting Account Managers by executing day-to-day affiliate account management tasks across your dedicated portfolio of accounts through thoughtful usage of internal resources to ensure that Rakuten Advertising deliver results for each client.
- Analyse the clients' competitive landscapes and understand their business objectives, margins and budget constraints to provide forward thinking business recommendations
- Contribute to developing Key Account Plans for your priority clients. Agree milestones to track improvement in relationship and revenue, and lead the execution of the KAP
- Develop and maintain client relationship, to achieve highest level of client satisfaction
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 0-2 years relevant work experience Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree Required
Technical /functional expertise
- Ability to learn internal platforms and products
- Strong MS Office suite skills (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)
