We are looking for a Product Lead, Operations to drive company-wide operational efficiency, platform-wide services, and scalable systems that enhance execution at every level. At Reap, we are building the next generation’s global financial infrastructure powered by stablecoins. Operational excellence is crucial to scaling our fast-moving teams and enabling them to deliver innovative financial solutions. In this role, you will own the strategic direction of Product Operations, work cross-functionally to remove friction, and establish scalable solutions that align teams, optimize workflows, and increase operational leverage. You’ll lead a team of Product Operations Managers, ensuring they have the direction, tools, and influence to drive meaningful change across internal teams.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on navigating complexity, influencing across teams, and driving urgency to solve the biggest execution bottlenecks in the company. What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Product Operations, Process Optimization, or Platform Services in a fast-scaling environment (fintech, SaaS, startups or scale-ups preferred).
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams across functions.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution bias—you think long-term but know when to push for urgency.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams, ensuring they execute with clarity and impact.
• Data-driven decision-making, with a structured approach to solving complex problems.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to drive buy-in at all levels.
• High adaptability and resilience, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Enthusiasm for emerging technologies, especially AI, with a vision for how they can be leveraged to build operational systems that scale tremendously.
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the Product Operations strategy, ensuring operational excellence through platform-wide systems and services, while actively contributing to execution.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Operations Managers, providing them with the vision, resources, and influence to drive impact, while staying hands-on in high-priority initiatives.
• Develop and implement scalable execution frameworks that unify fragmented processes into cohesive, cross-functional solutions.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) to build platform-wide systems, ensuring seamless adoption and driving execution where needed.
• Engage with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify the highest-impact operational challenges and systematically solve them.
• Drive alignment and decision-making across teams, ensuring priorities are clear, execution is unblocked, and initiatives move forward with urgency.
• Act as a force multiplier for speed and efficiency, removing bottlenecks and ensuring that improvements translate into tangible operational gains.
• Create visibility around key operational metrics, equipping teams with insights while also driving continuous improvement based on data.
