Accounts Executive (Real Estate, SAP)

• Manage full sets of accounts and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Prepare cash flow projections and evaluate credit risk.
• Ensure statutory reporting compliance, including GST and corporate tax filing.
• Collaborate with leasing departments, financial auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts and statutory reporting in the Property/Real Estate Industry.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Excel and SAP.
